Matrix Velocity is a great warehouse and inventory management application. The Whole team from sales to customer service are amazing and very responsive. Highly recommend this product

EXCEPTIONAL !! Had my fair share in software companies that sell you the software and expect you to learn it on your own and if you need assistance it comes with a cost. It's been three years and can say that Matrix is not that company not only there service is exceptional but there software beats any one that salesforce has offer .

Outstanding Service! We have been working with Matrix since 2014, the App does what it says on the tin, and it's specially helpful to enhance Salesforce beyond Sales features, offering the whole process afterwards to manage your internal logistics, to invoicing and RMA. As we have a client with a complex setup with offices in different points of the globe, Matrix has been doing an amazing job supporting us as it's not always easy to accommodate our calls between 3-4 different Continents. As I said on the title the service is outstanding, the app might have some limitations as all other apps working on a multi-tenant environment, but they are always there to help you.

Top Notch Service - Helped us streamline our operations and order fulfillment I can’t say enough good things about Matrix particularly in terms of their support. We have been using them for a little over 1 year but have been using Salesforce for almost 3 years. Matrix provided us with the native tool to manage our web orders, inventory tracking and shipping. Our install was fairly complex because we were already a salesforce user with a highly customized interface. I have almost 300 workflow rules and process flows that we needed to test to ensure nothing would break in the migration. If I recall, Matrix’s typical install timeframe is 1-2 weeks? Because of our unique environment the Matrix team had to work around the clock over a weekend to do the install. I believe this was on a holiday weekend (4th of July) as well. They came through and got it done. They kept me informed at each stage of the install and were very thorough in explaining what was happening. We did have one issue with inventory tracking but after troubleshooting with the Matrix team we discovered it was because we were using the system incorrectly. They are very thorough in their tech support and go above and beyond what I’ve experienced from most application providers in Salesforce. If it helps to understand our scale we ship about 200 orders daily. When I have had suggestions for ways to improve the application Matrix has been very responsive and pretty quickly rolls out new functionality to address what I need.

Great product with even better service! We've been running Matrix fully since 04/16. Matrix has allowed our company to streamline the workflow between sales and fulfillment. We're able to apply actual shipping rates at the order level and collect payment before the order enters fulfillment. The fulfillment process has also been improved by utilizing the standard workflow developed in Matrix. With Matrix, we now process over 90% of our business completely through Salesforce. Prior to Matrix, most of these processes were very manual and inefficient. The last point I'd like to make is that I have been acting as our company's SF Admin. I have zero formal training and absolutely no IT background. The entire team at Matrix has been more helpful than expected! Every email, phone call, or text is responded to! Every issue is identified and worked out. The support is always there when needed so I have confidence that our Matrix/Salesforce combo is only going to improve and we get better at maximizing it's potential. We absolutely recommend this program for any business looking for similar solutions.

Great Customer Service Steve was great. The platform wouldn't work for our complicated inventory but it wasn't for lack of trying or communication on their part.

Our inventory management needs have been well met and beyond at every turn and their responsiveness and service is absolutely excellent. Great solution with excelent service My client has a complex international environment in China, Australia and Europe where they need to add Order, Invoice, RMA and P.O. Inventory Management to their Salesforce system. Though this is a daunting task, Matrix Velocity is so well integrated that supports all of these functionalities seamlessly. We had challenges with our Multi-Currency environment but the Matrix Support team never let up to provide us with support. They really go overboard help us even when the issue may not be their direct problem. I am very impressed with the solution and look forward to continually expanding the clients’ use of available and up and coming functionality to solve their business requirements. I would also recommend Matrix Velocity to anyone looking for a comprehensive Order to Cash solution for their business and would feel very comfortable implementing this for other clients in the future.
